Shipping and delivery terms

 

Delivery :

Delivery is made by DPD. DPD sends an e-mail confirming shipment, enabling you to track the parcel online. Another carrier may be used without affecting the commercial relationship.

Delivery is made within 3 to 4 days of order placement. Except in the case of logistical problems

The cost excluding VAT is as follows

7€ for Belgium

12.75€ for Luxembourg

12.75€ for the Netherlands

17.5€ for France

Right of withdrawal :

You may exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
